The NB-IoT Water Level Data Logger is a professional-grade device equipped with a high-accuracy submersible pressure sensor, designed to precisely measure the height of the water column in wells, boreholes, rivers, lakes, and underground storage systems. By utilizing a submerged pressure sensor, it ensures reliable and accurate readings even in demanding environments.
The device supports seamless cloud integration, automatically transmitting collected water level data to Efento Cloud or any other cloud-based platform, enabling convenient storage, visualization, and advanced analysis. For local access, a free mobile application allows users to easily configure the device and read data directly from its internal memory.
Engineered for unattended operation, the logger is well suited for installations in remote or hard-to-reach locations, maintaining dependable data transmission under challenging conditions. It uses Narrowband-IoT (NB-IoT) technology to provide robust wireless communication while keeping power consumption extremely low. This makes it particularly effective for deployments where access to power is limited, such as underground or isolated sites.
Its versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of liquid level monitoring applications, including water management in tanks, rivers, lakes, seas, wells, pipelines, and underground reservoirs, as well as storage monitoring tasks like measuring and controlling water levels in tanks.

- Battery ensures up to 5 years of maintenance-free operation
- User configurable alarm thresholds. If any of the thresholds is exceeded, sensor will send the data to the platform immediately
- The device stores 40,000 measurements in its memory, when the memory is full, the oldest measurements are overwritten
- NB-IoT sensors send the data over the cellular network to Efento Cloud or any other cloud platform.

Easy set up
All you need to set up a logger is a smartphone with a free mobile application. The whole configuration takes no more than 15 minutes.Water tank level measurement and control
The device is well suited for a wide range of water management applications, enabling precise liquid level measurement and control in water tanks, rivers, lakes, seas, wells, and underground reservoirs. It is equally effective in fuel monitoring, allowing accurate measurement and tracking of various fuel types such as diesel, gasoline, and kerosene. For more demanding use cases, the logger can also be adapted for specialized environments, including operation with high-temperature liquids of up to 100°C as well as highly corrosive substances, available upon custom request.
At its core, the device uses a high-performance diffusion silicon oil-filled sensing element, ensuring reliable and consistent measurements. It supports a maximum measurement range of up to 200 meters, depending on configuration, and offers high stability with accuracy options of 0.2% or 0.5% of full scale.
The construction is designed for durability and long-term operation, featuring a robust housing made of stainless steel (304 SST), which provides strong resistance to harsh environmental conditions.
Integration

If you want to integrate Efento loggers with your software, cloud platform or mobile application, we will provide you with the necessary documentation, libraries, SDKs and we will gladly assist you.Software over the air update (SOTA)
The sensors are equipped with over the air software update mechanism, thanks to which, your fleet of sensors will always have the latest version of software. Moreover, SOTA is based on delta mechanism and only the difference between the current and the new version of the software is sent to the device. This saves both the battery and data transfer.
Edge analytics
Devices analyse the data and send it to cloud platform when needed. This allows to decrease the number of cellular transmissions and increase the battery lifetime. There are several types of analyses that can be performed by the sensor: from a simple comparison of the measured value to the threshold to more complex mathematical operations.
